 At KindMind Pediatric Evaluations, I aim to make the payment process clear and manageable for families. 

Sliding-scale pricing is available 

The total cost of a comprehensive psychological evaluation is based on family income, which is divided into two installments as follows:

1. Initial Payment
Due at the time of scheduling.
This payment reserves your child’s evaluation appointment and covers preparation time, initial consultation, intake review, and document gathering.

2. Final Payment
Due at least 24 hours before the first day of direct testing.
This payment covers the testing sessions, scoring and interpretation, written report, and feedback meeting.

Please Note:

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. 
• Both payments must be completed prior to the release of the final report.
• If you need a payment plan or would like to discuss insurance reimbursement documentation, please let us know during your consultation.
